A Song to Enjoy
okay i have a serious problem. i am hoping someone can help me out with this one -
the big brother 6 website will not load on my computer here at work.
AH! i have no idea who Eric put up for nomination, who is eating pb & j, what the alliances are this week, and if there have been any more secret rooms found. or even if everyone has figured out that everyone has a secret partner. OH MY this is an emergency. please, if you watch the show, leave me an update. it would be so much appreciated.
okay the office is so cold that my fingers are frozen and it makes it really difficult to type. brrrrr. i wish i had some tim horton's coffee to warm up my little heart (and little fingers).
159 days left until christmas (including today).
everyone please check out lynnel's blog for a fricken huge suprise. not only has she updated.... she has done something she has wanted to do for YEARS. i'm very proud. i can't wait for her to come home from calgary. i am going through serious lynnel withdrawl...
last night ashley van norman organized an awesome youth event - the amazing race! it was so much fun, and i didn't even get to play, i was just a clue giver outer. she organized it really well, and lots of kids showed up, so it was great. it would be REALLY good as an entire saturday afternoon event or something. (amazing race 7 is coming up soon!!!)
it made me want to organize another "SURVIVOR" event, like the one we did at our house in August 2003. there were a few glitches in that one, but hey i learned a lot! for next time perhaps :) if we ever did it again, i would want to make sure that the players were actually wanting to really PLAY it like survivor is played. like really seriously get into it. when we did it, we had too many people getting bored if they weren't going to tribal council, and we had others just leaving whenever, or having the team vote them out purposly so that they could leave. so that bugged me. but the kids that DID get into it were really into it and it was really fun. it took all day to play. it took me HOURS to organize too. good times, good times.
i tried to coordinate the colors of this blog to the song "red and yellow and pink and green... purple and orange and bluuuuuuue.... i can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow too." however i screwed it up with the christmas colors, and then also with the portion about lynnel, but i chose red for a specific reason for that paragraph...hmm what a good clue i just gave! so i hope you all have the song in your head for the rest of the day!!!!
that is all for now. kristin, signing off.
